Tutoring Approach:	Its actually depends on the person himself/herself as everyone is different.I do not push kids to understand everything at one time.And WARNING,I dislike being to serious while teaching as I believe that kids wont be able to understand what they learn easily.Learning have to be fun.There is time for everything
