I have 2 years teaching experience in Bahasa Inglish subject in secondary school. Teaching are interesting and enjoyable because we need to deal with varieties of attitudes, problems and students at the same time. Classroom managements can be applied to ensure learning and teaching move smoothly. Teacher and students should play their own roles inside classroom. Teacher should divide class into 5 stages, set induction, presentation, practices, production and closure.
