My teaching is applicable to students with all ability. Yoga can be taught from beginner to advanced level depending on my student's body and need. Typically my class start with warm up exercise, then working on the body from head to toe and end with meditation/breathing exercise. I help students with alignment and work on the areas that need attention, prescribing certain poses to be done regularly to align the body. The ultimate 'goal' is to help the student achieving balance from inside out.

I'm Foong Hsien Yoong or can call me as Jeff. I'm 18 years old this years and continue my studies with aircraft maintenance engineering course. Even I'm young but I have the experiences in teaching kids. Before this, I mostly tech primary school subjects. My style of teaching would be using some notes and giving some exercise that's may be helpful to the student. So far, my highest qualification would be SPM. Finally I wish that I can share the knowledge I gained before this with your kids.
