Personally, I thought that I could teach better if it was a one-to-one session as I can cater different activities based on the student's strengths and weaknesses. During my experience, I worked with different teaching techniques such as writing tasks and flashcards.

It is essential for me to understand the student's syllabus initially so that I can cater my lessons to the specific student. Furthermore, I structure my lessons in a way that is moulded for the student's needs (for example, if the student is weak at writing, more writing exercises would be done). In addition, I do not like to make the student do the same activities all the time as the student may lose interest and find the class tiresome. Thus, I would adopt different forms of learning to assist the learning process of the student. I would like to occasionally set tests for the students to see if there is progress and if there are weaknesses to work on.
