Following are the main ways of encouraging creativity in my tutoring class: - I will make room for visual reflection by using the techniques of mindset moments, mind mapping & brainstorming - I will integrate more hands on learning using real-world application of theories and facts - I will introduce more innovative and effective learning materials in my tutoring. For instance, mentimeter, quizizz, kahoot, puzzles, crosswords, Edmodo, TED talks, and etc. - I will encourage physical and virtual discussion via debate, forum, online quizzes and etc. - I will incorporate humour during my tutoring session which will eventually make my lesson more interesting and engaging. Moreover, I have always been recognized as the most cheerful and understanding lecturer. - I help students to visualize their goals with proper timeline to make their goals clear, visible and achievable to them.
