The institutes that I have coached have managed to win multiple accolades in various competitions, from district level all the way to the international scene, such as ITEX, WYIE, Techlympics, WED, and IRO.

My approach towards teaching follows a strong and constructive syllabus that every student shall follow, along with classwork and interactive deciphering of problems that the class can work on together. A vast majority of my lessons are hands-on to give students the chance to actively use their creativity to solve and find solutions to problems on their own.

I was a Programming Tutor and have always believed in making topics and lesson interesting. The worst thing one can do in regard to teaching is to making students feel like learning as a chore or a job. Studying needs to be interesting and it is up to the teacher/tutor to make it that way.

Tutoring Approach

Starting off, we need to set goals for the student so we can have a way to measure how well the student doing. This way, the student is able to see the results of their hard work, further motivating them to work even harder. Then I will make the topics interesting by connecting what they are learning to the applications in real life. It is difficult to pique their interest when they are not able to see the usefulness or the results of what they are learning. Making lessons interesting is my number 1 priority.

I've been tutoring since high school and throughout university, primarily helping my peers grasp challenging subjects. This experience has honed my teaching skills, making me adept at simplifying complex concepts. I look forward to using this background to support students in understanding robotics.

Tutoring Approach

1. Understanding what the students want to learn/build.
2. Prepare a syllabus. Usually start from basics. This will encourage student to learn on their own.
3. Start with concepts, then small practise exercises, then after a few classes, we will do a project together, and will slowly build our portfolio together.
4. After classes, some simple homework will be given.
