I find (Connie) Lai to be very dedicated in her work. She is also a type of teacher that is concerned whether or not if you are learning well and she can change her teaching style to match your learning ability. I find her teaching flexibility is a good, strong point. She, not only will use her own course work to teach but also will be having normal conversation of daily living which is important because this helps with the interaction and also helps with how to use words in normal, daily usage. In summary, I am thankful for (Connie) Lai to be my teacher and grateful for her using her skills in teaching me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our two sons, currently in Year 7 and Year 8, have been learning Malay and Mandarin with Ms. Lai for several years. We find Ms. Lai to be a highly responsible and dedicated tutor, and both of our sons genuinely enjoy her lessons. Their progress in these two subjects has been excellent, and they are managing the school syllabus with confidence. Overall, we are very pleased with Ms. Lai's teaching.

I have been attending Ms Lai BM classes for almost 4 months now ( once a week class). Very comfortable with her teaching style , pace and always explaining with examples. Provides with all the reading and learning material in a timely manner. Ensures that every week before a new chapter there is a test on the previous week learnings. This is very effective. Makes me take notes and make sentences and that gives me a lot more confidence. Overall am really happy to have her as my teacher/Cikgu ..

Ms. Connie is such a lovely and great tutor. She able to breakdown and explain very well. She will gave us some exercises for us to improve the previous lesson. My mandarin is definitely improving. It was very encouraging and helped me through the entire process step by step.
