Approach	Approach: I plan the lessons by the 5-steps preparation method. I prioritize lessons based on students' needs. I can speak fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese. I teach in these languages with confidence. I can converse in Mandarin or clarify some things in the language but not enough to know scientific terms of it. I am a firm believer of positive reinforcement and discourages labeling of students. I push students to achieve the best while working on their self-confidence.
