Experience:

I like to teach especially the kids having difficulty in learning Mathematics and Science.

Approach:

I prefer to focus on what the student does not understand and start from the level he does not understand rather than just focus on solving a problem for him. Sometimes, the student might lack some basics and hence is not able to grasp a few things. Thus, the missing background needs to be covered first.
