Experience:

I am experienced in handling classes with students of varying nationalities, ages (16 - 50 years old) and varying English/mathematics/computer skill levels. I am able to customize the learning process according to students� needs and learning speed.

Approach:

I believe everyone is unique in their own way even in study and learning process. Therefore, my teaching/tutoring approach will be student centered. I will first start with getting to know my students, particularly their study goals or reasons for taking my classes, their study background and habits so that I can afterward plan the lesson which specially cater for them. While I do believe a teacher/tutor does play an important role in making any learning and teaching process enjoyable, fun and effective, I do expect my students to also play their role along the way which include them having earnest willing to study and being proactive. Respect and good communication are also expected to exist between me and my students as they are essential for a harmonious learning environment. I don�t tolerate rude and violent behavior of either my students or their parents. My passion has always been teaching and knowledge sharing. Therefore, I will also share my own study/teaching/tutoring experiences and practices that I believe will be helpful for my students and their study.
