Experience	Experience: I was a tutor to my nephew and my niece when they were in elementary school. I'm famous for being fierce and firm in teaching. For me, it is necessary to be like that, to make sure that they do not take it easy. But in the same time, I would love to compliment them whenever they manage to catch on what I'm teaching as it show their concentration level.

Approach	Approach: First, I'll teach a topic by reading and explaining to expose the student on the topic itself. Afterwards, I'll show several examples, either easy one or difficult one. The student will solve the questions together with me as I will guide and giving some tips. After gaining more understandings, I'll test the student by extra questions and the student should be able to come up with solution without any guidelines. Then, I will mark the questions and correcting the mistake (if got) by explaining it again to the student.
