Experience:A positive and motivated teacher, I am committed to providing students with a dynamic and interesting learning environment in which they can grow and develop. I am familiar with the 21th Century Learning as I can build high level thinking order among students. My internship in the SMK CHANGLUN, KEDAH brought me much learning especially in giving instruction and supervision. As a young educator, I believe that instilling the importance of social involvement to the students brings their success.
Approach:Before teaching process, i arrange my lessons plan very well. Starting from induction set to the conclusion. This is important to gain students attentions. Also, to arrange the student learning process so that i can develop their high order thinking skill as well as 21th century learning. My tutoring techniques is more than students centered learning which is im using constructivism teaching so that students can develop their own learning knowledge.
