Experience:Prefer to teach weak and average students. In previous experience, I managed to help them to have better performance in mathematics test. From worst grade up to quite satisfactory grade within few months.
Approach:Students will be taught from basic until they can master each topic accordingly. They will be exposed to different styles and techniques of learning (VAK) and would not only depend on books. They will be guided to find solutions by themselves via technology and internet independently.
