Experience:

I really love teaching. Unofficially, it has been almost 8 years since I first started tutoring session. My qualification is BS in Chemical Engineering from USA. I have an ability to sense if my students do not understand the materials but they do not tell the truth. With that ability, I manage to help a lot of students to finally and truly understand the concept and answer any kind of questions correctly.

Approach:

First of all, I would figure out the weaknesses in that subjects. Then I would find out students' pace. It is really important to know it because it determines if the students can catch up with the materials or not. Step by step explaining the material before moving on to the examples. Will do a lot of examples together before I assigned them homework or tests that need to be completed themselves.
