Experience:I am a full time engineer in Semiconductor field. Being in the industry for 6 years made me realize that it is very important for students to have critical thinking and problem solving skills in order to thrive in the society. I believe everyone is able to understand and tackle subjects in school, if taught the right way. General teaching might not push one's learning potential to the max, and this is where private tutoring comes in effective by customized approach.
Approach:The most important part is to understand student's way of thinking, understanding capability and problem solving skill. From there, I will try to align with syllabus conventional questions and spark student's problem solving skill with non-routine questions, or how matters learnt can be applied in real life.
