Experience:I used to teach form 4 student for modern mathematics. he used to hate maths, but I showed him that maths is not as hard as it seems. There are various ways to makes maths, interesting. I try to see a problem from another perspective and identify which method suits him best.
Approach:I prefer to be a friend instead of a teacher and I also allow my students to call me whatever they want as long as it does not bother both parties. Usually, I will give a test or a quiz after I teach some chapter to ensure that my student understands what we been through before proceeding to another chapter that might be related to the previous chapter.
