Sujithra Rajindra: Your Educational Guide

I have teaching experience of 10 years. I have been teaching mainly UPSR, IGCSE (Grade 1 - 8) and I have been teaching Basic reading and writing as well as counting skills for Nursery and Kindergarten kids. I give motivational support to mentally and emotionally prepare students for exam.I do not have a standard procedure or approach for all student. As everyone have their own learning capabilities and style , I would assess them for the first on their area of concern. I am a counselling and psychology graduate. I am capable of learning the student/kid behaviours.aided with my physcology studies and experience. I do provide pre-counselling sessions preparing students for exam and choosing the right module for them. As mental health is the utmost important area these era, I assess students from that angle too. I would choose to be a friend cum tutor as these is what all kids look for now a days to avoid distancing and encourage lots of sharing from all perspective.

I will tackle the student's learning capability efficiently base on their pace. There are no point teaching something up and above for a student who is not verse in their basics. I would motivate the students first before focusing in their studies cos otherwise they never going to stay focus. I also give coaching, pep talk, motivation talk and prep for exam. I am a counselling and psychology graduate. I am capable of learning the student/kid behaviours before even starting to emphasis on their studies.
