I make sure the student understands the lessons by the end of the class. So far parents are very happy with my tutoring skills and they keep insisting me to teach their kids every year.

Approach:

I revise and plan my lesson every time before each class. I give them exercises to be completed for every lesson and will discuss the answers together so that they understand where they went wrong.
