Experience:

I am good with kids and slow leaner students. I know how to tackle them and they will easily attach to me. My teaching style is different from classroom. I am more toward thinking based and solve real problem.

Approach:

Before class, I will prepare my teaching plan and students score card. In each class, I will update parent the progress and issues faced by their children.
