Experience:Good Communication with students is the key, to make them listen to you. I can say with confidence as long as they listen to me they can do their best. I have started teaching younger students first (primary). Now I have students from secondary too. As I teach students I learn with them too.
Approach:I plan my lesson beforehand in a powerpoint, which focuses on the main points of the topic. I use pictures and colours more than words which I believe helps my students to remember things better. I can summarise long informations easily into short summaries. After they have made their basics strong I move into details.
