Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Science, ATCL Diploma In Music Performance (Piano)

Experience:

For teaching experience, I would divide this into two sections; music and academics. Musical approach comes with critiques which are the important components for a musician to perform well. When it comes to academics, critiques do not really play an important role, but instead, there has to be a good expression of the knowledge. This means good presentation. I have been teaching both elements for about 2 years, and I believe this can be a great platform to expand my teaching experience.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on the availability of my students. It is also important to inform the tutor at least few days prior to teaching. Informing the tutor within the last minute will not be a priority, unless available. As a student begin the lesson, they may expect a presentation full of visuals that may aid and inspire your learning experience. At the end of the lecture, the student will be encouraged to provide a feedback to improve, and cater for their future experience.
