Experience:

Provide 2-way communication platform for students to have fun and interactive sessions. Instead of following syllabus, I will provide additional materials for easy and better understanding.

Approach:

I will customize lessons according to students' strengths and weaknesses. Instead of focus on their weaknesses, I will first emphasize their strengths to boost their interest and self-confidence. Once we have concreted their strength, will then focus on the weakness topics. For the topics which they're weak in, I will start with activities to reduce their defensive mindset and follow by interactive teaching.
