Experience:Teaching experience 10 years. Leisure and friendly teaching methods. I use hands-on activities to ensure students have the opportunity to interact with content and receive immediate feedback on their understanding. My lesson plans involve inquiry-based learning where I lead my students to explore problems on their own, but also provide them with guidance and scaffolding when needed. I strive to help my students develop deeper understanding of subject material by providing differentiated instruction tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
Approach:As I plan my lessons, I make sure that the teaching-learning process of it is anchored to the needs of my students that they need to achieve at the end of the session. In every class that I teach, I do make sure that all of the things will be significant to them that the lessons that they'll learn will be beneficial to them personally.
