With approximately 20 years of lecturing experience, split between 9 years full-time and 11 years part-time, combined with a decade in computer facilities management and two decades in industry work. Fervent about sharing knowledge with students and motivating them towards a healthy lifestyle and successful career. 1. Lecturer at Open University Malaysia & Wawasan Open University (Full-time basis : 9 years, part-time basis : 11 years).

In planning my lessons, I adopt a holistic and tailored approach, ensuring that each session is uniquely aligned with the learner's individual needs and pace. My lessons stand out because they are not just about imparting knowledge, but also about fostering a deep understanding and love for the subject. This is achieved by integrating real-world applications and interactive elements, making the learning experience both relevant and engaging. As for my tutoring techniques, I blend traditional methodologies with innovative tools and resources. I believe in active learning, where students are encouraged to question, discuss, and challenge the concepts, fostering critical thinking and ensuring retention and comprehension.
