Lim Siew Guan: Your Trusted Tutor and Mentor

Graduated from Form 6 and now is a degree student in USM. I have been working as a private tutor for almost 4 years and helping primary school students to complete their homework in a daycare centre. Most of the time, I taught Mathematics, English, Bahasa Malaysia, other than that, I teach Chemistry and Physics as well.

My teaching style most probably will depend on how well and quick the student is able to learn and I will focus more on the student's weak part and subject. I prefer to use mind maps, tables and drawing in my teaching, instead of pages of long notes as it efficiently helps students to understand and remember the syllabus.Each session of teaching, I will highlight the most potential questions that will come out in the examination and provide sufficient exercises to students to check their understanding. Sometimes, the quiz will also be given to the students without informed earlier.
