Experience	Experience: Graduated from local University in outstanding Faculty of Music and Performing Arts. Major in Music education, and minor in Arts education. I used all of my knowledge and experience in both area and my observation (on students) to assure the student's performance growth. Experienced in teaching formal music (music theory, vocal, keyboard/piano, combo-band)a private vocal coach for popular singing as well as performing and teaching in arts class.

Approach	Approach: To plan a lesson, observing a student's performance is a must. One of highlighted point in mastery learning approach is to assure a student's maximum understanding and development in their learning. To achieve this, a new lesson is planned based on their performance in their last lesson, so that the student will completely understand, and MASTERING their lesson.
