Experience	Experience: Been teaching for more than 10 years and mostly abroad. I usually practice interaction method that will make the students more engage with the lesson and at the same time enjoyable and unforgettable. I analyse my students' needs and tailor-made a suitable lesson for them because I believe everyone has a different way of learning and if the method is right, student will be able to absorb and understand the lesson which will lead to a fast improvement.

Approach	Approach: Before I start a session with a student, I will see their needs (profile) and somewhat guess the general behaviour based on age and/or profession. During the first session I will make further observation on how to fit the student's needs and tailor-make the lesson for them. During the lesson there will be a lot of interactive activities to make sure that the student is engaging and actually understand the lessons, and there are few comprehension check questions to make sure that the students actually understand (they will not know when and what), this will help them to stay focus. at the end of each lesson there will be a summary (from student) of what have been learned.
