| Experience | Experience: Kusma Che Rose is an English language teacher with over 15 years training experience. She graduated with an Honours Degree in English and a Masters in Linguistics/TESL. She has extensive experience teaching English to locals and speakers of other languages across all levels and ages, having taught in USA, Hong Kong and Indonesia. She comes across as a pleasant and friendly trainer, with a passion for teaching and the English language. Her experience is not only in academia, but also in the corporate world.
Kusma has now given more priority to private tuition to younger students from age 6 to 13 because she strongly feels that to master a language, it is better to start at a younger age. Her tutoring approach is similar to a coaching approach where the goals and expectations are identified prior to carefully designing the program. She conducts an informal diagnostic test to determine the starting point of the session. Her aim is always to raise the achievements of the learners beyond their own expectations with challenging, stimulating and rewarding sessions.
