Lesson planning is done according to the level of understanding of student and his grasping power and also the deadline of the exam. I keep time for revision before exams and after finishing a section a plan out a brush up of lessons taught via an exam. Planning specializes my lessons. In addition, teaching the basic concept and logic behind the topic makes it easier for the student to understand.

My lesson is mainly focused on discussing with the students the topics. Also do carefully prepared questions. Also discuss the answers with the students I charge RM50 a month for a weekly session of 1 and half hours both face-to-face or skype.

I am Bilal Haider, a Research Assistant in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia from July 2017. In TIPS, Pakistan, I taught Physics and Mathematics for the Form6 Students from the year 2011 till 2016. I was also an academic teacher at Hasan Academy. In the Year 2017, 16 students sat in examination for Physics (O level course). 12 Students got Grade A*. In Malaysia, I did Home Tuitions for IGCSE Physics and Maths. This year, 2 students sat for the examination and both got A* grade.

It is very common that students are not cleared with the syllabus learning outcomes. They are not confident and do not believe in Active Learning. As an Academic teacher at Hasan Academy, Pakistan, after spending time with students, I encountered that students usually feel hard to imagine and visualize the concepts in Physics and Chemistry. To remove this barrier, I have explained the Philosophy of Physics and Chemistry with its application to real life. I demonstrated the experiments in class to explain the concept and logic behind the phenomenon. To promote the Independent Learning Style, I push the student to participate in Presentations and explain the topic in their way. I applied Student Specific Teaching Methodology through which I uplift the confidence of students to perform better in the examination. In my lectures, I played videos related to the topic and run the animations so that students can easily understand. I formulated worksheets for each lecture class which helped the students’ short-term memory. In each lecture, I use to solve the past paper questions from Question Bank to strengthen the students' concepts and motivate them to solve the tricky question in exams.
