Course Details

Technologies are inevitable in the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry today. In this programme, we bring in latest computer-aided-design software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) process, as well as the 3D printing technology. Students are able to drive their talents and skills to professional level and apply accordingly into their job scopes. Students are trained in project management, work planning and documents administration in the programme. They are also trained to be in charge of reviewing, changing orders and preparing estimates for all projects. Under certain circumstances, they are trained monitor the performance of contractors to ensure that all jobs pass quality control procedures and that all requirements are carried out.
