During lesson, I will first introduce the foundation knowledge, next define and analyse the problem, and lastly determine and assess a solution for the problem. Students are often concern with only the answer and not the process involved in solving a problem. In order to address this issue, I will present some example problems for them to solve together and encourage them to find solutions for the remaining problems by themselves instead of simply giving them all the solutions. I always try to understand the student’s point of view before teaching them, whereby this is to provide the students with broader understanding.
