The foundation is of course the core syllabus for the subject and level being taught. However, very early on, I try to get to know the student, his/her aspirations and interests, and I then try to give added examples, application of principles etc, based on those interests and on real time developments and current events. The approach I try to take is that of a mentor, someone who has successfully navigated what the student is now attempting, and building a relationship based on trust and sincere friendship is key to the whole endeavour. I am well known for patiently explaining a concept again and again until I see the light of understanding in my student's eyes.

I am a First Class holder of BEng Electronics Engineering (Instrumentation) from UiTM Shah Alam. During my studies, I always was a mentor of mathematics subject to my colleagues. I have also been a mentor for my colleagues during my school life.

I believe every student needs the best approach for subjects they can't excel. Hence, the way I teach is by doing a step by step lesson. If they can't master a lower level, they can't proceed to the next level. Hence, I will make sure my student can master each level perfectly before going to the next level.
