I am grateful that all the students have improved performance from time to time. I have used differentiated teaching that is by understanding the student's rhythm. each student has a different way of learning. therefore, I will look for ways that they can understand easily.

All materials like notes and Exercise books will be provided. Before learning session started I will first understand the weakness of the students in the subject. Usually, I use an effective calculation technique and simplified concept so that students can easily tackle the given questions. Besides, more attention will be given to the chapter that the student is weak. After the teaching session, I will always update about their studies with their parents. Students can also ask about questions they do not know through WhatsApp and I will respond promptly.

I have been teaching as a full time tutor for a year. Most of my students were very weak in their respective subjects. Some of my students were with me just about 3 months time (towards the end of SPM), and they have shown improvement in terms of understanding (looking at the marks) and interest (looking at their eager to solve the questions). I have employed �the art of studies� in each of my sessions and I get the response that the students wants me to be with them for a longer period of time.

Overall my method consists of not only on academic valuation, but also mental preparation and nurturing interest towards mathematics. During a class session with a student I will go through the subject by topical. I will need to understand their weakness in each topic and polish them accordingly and for that reason, each session, I will have a pre and post-test topically. Marks will be recorded and reported to the parents monthly so that the parents can see their child's progress.
