Over the past two years, my tutoring experience has been a rewarding journey where I primarily focused on English. While English remained my central subject, I also taught Tamil, Science, and Mathematics as well. These are the techniques that I try my level best to incorporate in my teaching:

1. I don't use a standardized activity or reference book for all the learners, as I believe that there is no one size fits all when it comes to learning. Each learner is unique, hence I get books for my students based on their level or proficiency to suit with their needs.

2. I always give the opportunity to my students to voice out their concern as having active discussions with them helps maintain their interest and encourages participation.

3. Conduct regular short assessments to gauge the student's progress and identify areas that may need further attention. This helps both the myself and my student track their development.
