Experience	Experience: I have been teaching lower and upper secondary level which focus on development and motivation of the students to have a good attitude towards learning. I have a lot of weak students who doesn't have the interest to study and they have always memorise facts more instead of learning the facts. We should understand first before memorising to make the learning process easier. Thus, i want to change their attitude towards the learning.

Approach	Approach: My teaching style is giving students ways on how to grab and understand the concept of each topic first since everyone has different level of understanding. The student will be able to apply it to any kind of questions given to them as long as they hold the strong concepts and I will guide them in applying it to the questions by using few easy teachniques depending on the students' level. Set "Learning for life instead of the exam" in our mind to ease the learning process. I am very bright and patient kind of teacher which can have fun while learning without giving the pressure because, for me, we need to have a fun and great environment for learning lessons.
