Approach	Approach: I focus on conceptual applications of the theories which will help students to understand in easy way and not necessary to mug up and by-heart the concepts. I rely on monitoring the performance of my students on continuous basis through tests and provide an analysis in form of Graphs for different area. This will help them in knowing their strengths and weakness so that they can focus their efforts in the right area.
