I have worked  as English and Mathematics Tutor at Kumon Tuition Centre (Bandar Tun Hussein Onn and Seri Kembangan) during college semester breaks. Did my internship at Royal Malaysia Police College Kuala Lumpur, Cheras as a speaker and facilitator for multiple English Courses to groups of police officers.

Humans tend to learn better in a fun or calm environment but sometimes a bit of push is needed to realize the potential in them. I believe I can provide an optimum environment for learning yet at the same time be strict at critical moments. Evaluation of student's capability and needs --> Explanation/Teach --> Assessment of student's understanding --> Follow up an explanation on weak areas. The examination is a warfare and a strategic battle plan is essential.
