Experience:

Former MLVK trainer and University tutor for 8 years in various multimedia and web development subjects. Currently a full time software developer in Cyberjaya.

Approach:

Start with a clear objective - what is to be achieved? Then identify all the needed elements for the objective. Structure the process to into block of lesson plans within the timeframe as set by the client. If you want to make nasi goreng kampung, lets focus on making nasi goreng kampung. We dont have to learn the variety of rice, frying technique, the history of nasi goreng, or why its called kampung if those are not needed. Hands-on is definitely a must for IT/coding tutoring.
