- Understand the syllabus first.
- Ask students about their preferences in chapters (which ones are more familiar and vice versa).
- Focus on the topics that are unfamiliar to the students.
- Give tutorial questions by referring to the textbook and online resources.
- Provide an overview of past year exam questions.
- Allow students to have a last revision before starting the mock exam.
- Supervise students as if it were a real exam situation.
- Record the time they used for the mock exam and give relevant suggestions.
- After the mock exam, discuss the answers together.
- Give small presents (such as deductions in tuition fees) as incentives when there is improvement in every exam.
- Summarize the pros and cons of each student and provide feedback accordingly.
