Teaching has been an interest of mine. While I was doing my Bachelor of Information Technology in UiTM Perlis, I tutored my juniors in Statistics, Algebra, and programming language-related subjects. I prefer a one-to-one or with no more than 4 tutees in a session because I want to be able to fully concentrate on individual tutee. My style of teaching is quite flexible. I am patient and understanding when it comes to teaching. As I believe different students have different pace of learning.

I would usually conduct a 'pilot' or 'demo' class/session with the student. This was done to help me determine what is missing from the student's knowledge foundation in said subjects. At the same time, it will help me determine my teaching styles as I will use this time to observe the student's personality and studying tendency. Based on the information I gathered from the pilot session, I will then create unique lesson plan(s) that will be able to cater the student's needs. At the same time, I will choose the tutoring technique that will best fit the student. Which ever technique chosen, positive reinforcements and listening to them will be included.
