I will first start with getting to know my students, particularly their study goals or reasons for taking my classes, their study background and habits so that I can afterward plan the lesson which specially cater for them. While I do believe a teacher/tutor does play an important role in making any learning and teaching process enjoyable, fun and effective, I do expect my students to also play their role along the way which include them having earnest willing to study and being proactive. Respect and good communication are also expected to exist between me and my students as they are essential for a harmonious learning environment. I don�t tolerate rude and violent behavior of either my students or their parents. My passion has always been teaching and knowledge sharing. Therefore, I will also share my own study/teaching/tutoring experiences and practices that I believe will be helpful for my students and their study.

My lesson plans are depending on students. Some students are hardly to catch up and some students are misconceptions on what they studying. I'll correct students misconception on theories and give them clear solutions so that they can apply on exams. My lessons mostly favourable to students. My alternative tutoring skills will be helpful for them. My tutoring techniques will be more into daily life application which is easier for students to grasp faster.

My teaching concept is more towards "Study Smart", focusing on practicing and finding the appropriate format to answer exams. Summaries for each subject and topic will be provided in the beginning for better understanding of the lessons. Mind Maps, Infographics, music learning, and understanding theories for subjects that emphasize memorization will also be included.
