My lessons plan are based on my students momentum and approach in understanding. My teaching techniques are basically understanding the basic and core of each topics so that when it comes to applications it would be easier for my students to tackle the questions. I will also be coaching my students more on High order thinking skills questions for their understanding.

Graduated from Monash University with a degree in psychology, I realized my own eagerness and determination to help others with no judgments and discrimination.

Since I'm still new in this field, I wouldn't dictate what is the right or best way in tutoring. Each student has his/her own unique styles of learning and coping mechanism. Hence, I think the best way to help them is to understand their learning styles and the ways they cope with their academic. From there, maybe we can deduce and come out with the better, improved, and more accommodating learning styles for each unique tutee. Having strong biology and psychology background from my previous course, I participated in mini tutoring sessions. In these mini tutoring sessions, I realized that by preparing all the notes and videos beforehand accelerate the learner progress in getting a gist of what they are dealing with.

For corporate training, I provide a range of activities for participants to get engaged in the topic. Participants are encouraged to bring current issues from the workplace for discussion. For students, my focus is in ensuring that the students understand how to solve Maths problems, not memorisation. I can teach topic by topic if there's time to build up the student. If it's urgent, I focus on topics in which the student requires help.
