I believe that students should be given the chance to communicate with their tutor regarding their strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles to help them excel in each subject. I believe that every student has a learning capacity that varies and a tutor should recognize that to allow the class to move along without interrupting the flow. As a tutor, I would like to implement quizzes to allow students to show their level of understanding towards a given topic so that I can assess the areas in which they require more attention. Students should feel encouraged to ask more questions in between lessons to clarify any doubts they have.
