I have just started teaching Mandarin in a kindergarden in July. Since then, I've been teaching these children every week. I relate to children really well, and I don't normally force them to learn, but tryout different kind of activities to let them gain interest and willingly learn.

I studied in Singapore for my PSLE and GCE O levels, so I would be familiar with the syllabus for Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I also took my BSc in Chemical Engineering at The University of Manchester and further my studies in MSc in Chemical process engineering in UCL.

Tutoring Approach

I would prefer to test the student's understanding of the subject first, then I would incorporate a suitable approach to teaching the students. I would prefer to teach the students the basic first. Once they have a strong understanding of the basic of the subject, especially Maths and Physics, it would be extremely useful when he/she goes into A Level or University.
