Usually, I teach water confidence and survival skill first before moving on to freestyle, backstroke breaststroke and butterfly. It takes around 8-10 lessons to be able to swim freestyle. And roughly another 10 lessons to be able to swim butterfly. However it depends on the student as well. For adult, it is the same approach however I will teach breaststroke first as that is the easiest and most relaxing stroke for leisure swim. Similarly, adults take around 10-15 lessons to be able to swim breaststroke and freestyle. What makes my lesson unique? I paid a lot attention to details on your techniques and I always being creative to find the solution to the problems of your stfoke.
