I have a two- year experience in teaching English as a second language in Malaysia and outside Malaysia. I have also worked as a science and Arabic language tutor on and off since 1999. I am currently doing my PhD in food science and I have a background in biology and chemistry. Arabic is my mother tongue and I have won many prizes in Arabic grammar and Quran reciting during my school days.

1) LANGUAGES (English and Arabic): I use the communicative approach in all my classes. This approach is centered around interactions through mimicking real life situations, lots of practice and fun activities. The teaching methods and activities used will be based on the level and ability of the student. They will also be constantly re-evaluate and changed to suit the improving level of the student. 2) SCIENCE (Biology and Chemistry): I believe in using real life examples and visual aids to help the student visualize and understand the different concepts. Being about to visual and see what you are studying ensures that the knowledge stays with the student much longer than just memorizing.
