I plan my lesson based on each student's level of interest and commitment in class. I would not burden them with a lot of lesson in an hour. I will utilise youtube videos if it is necessary to make learning more fun. Other than that, I will also have motivation session and one to one conversation with each students to understand them more in terms of their performance in class and to help them if they face any difficulty in class.
