Furthermore I have 3 years professional work experience as an Architect. During my studies for my Bachelors and Masters in University of Newcastle, I did part time tutoring to my juniors and peers. I also spent much of time during my professional profession training juniors and interns to be par with the office standard.

Personally, I believe each student have their own competence and talent. Learning is a process to develop their mechanism of strength and skill. The first phase of learning will focus more on demonstrating and verifying strength and weakness of the student and laying out a plan to work on lapse and filling out the gap by using their very strength and capability. In order to ensure a full adaption on the lesson taught, a valuation will be carried out after each lesson to assess student's understanding and perceptive towards the lesson. Next session teaching plan will be based on the result of the evaluation. I prefer to work together with student(s) with high determination to deliver objective-driven results that will give a powerful impact on their academic results as well as the essence of adapting to working environment in future.
