I am Hansini Medawatta. Currently, I am taking my Bachelors in Applied Psychology and I am a final year student. I am maintaining a 3.6 GPA. I have 6 years of working experience in Employer relations and Training development. In my spare time, I work as a tutor in the IGCSE scheme and I have been tutoring in Psychology for the last one and a half years. I would like to join your team as a psychology tutor to gain more experience in tutoring and eventually become a lecturer. In the meantime, I am treating these experiences as professional development for myself.

Tutoring Approach

I plan my lesson plans according to the syllabus, and since I have experience in HR, I have more practical examples to give for the students to understand easily.

At the end of every lesson, I do a tutorial questionnaire and prepare the students for exams by doing past papers.
