10 years teaching experience with science subjects. I make science easy and fun to learn. My aim is for the student to understand so that students can tackle any types of questions. I build fundamental base in learning which is understanding. Straight As student with phD in chemistry. Currently, 90% of my students all jumped up 2 grades after 6 months of tutoring sessions.

As an ex-student myself, I understand the importance of self-discipline and diligence in a student's pursuit of success. I believe in being a flexible tutor, arranging the class according to the tutee's needs and learning style. Been a university lecturer for almost a decade. Before that I have had experience teaching and tutoring both at school and college level. I am patient with students and have the ability to make the topic clear and concise. My strengths are ability to communicate ideas, good command of the English language and the ability to assess what a student needs. My counseling background enables me to gauge their strengths and weaknesses and deliver material appropriately

I plan my lessons methodically according to the textbook in use. I explain things in a logical and clear manner and repeat points until the student has understood. I include writing assignments and spot quizzes to ensure the subject matter has been understood.
